Usually I feel like such a mess. No one seems to be as extreme as me, I’ll meet someone who also has BPD and I’ll start talking about my experience with it and I can see anxiety in their eyes and their discomfort.

My BPD has been in the way of my friendships and relationships... no body seems to understand that I'm literally a different person when I'm triggered... no body has been able to handle me :(

I relate a lot. A big thing I hate when you search BPD is how what comes up is information on how the people in your life can handle and cope because of you. It isn’t on the scope of the individual but mostly support for those who are affected by knowing a person with the disorder.
