Feeling Lower Than Ever: Struggling with Bipolar as an Adult

I promised my boyfriend because he had to change his shift so he could calm me down enough before he left but the moment he was gone I just feel so alone again. I havent felt this low in a long time and I hate talking to him or any of my friends about these things because I don't want to burden anyone. I thank you for the reply I really really needed it
