      The second time I tore it I was in denial I thought I could go without surgery but that was not the case it kept going out and buckling had to have surgery

      Yes, The first time I tore my ACL and meniscus and then years later I tore the inside meniscus and they had to do surgery again. The cyst is called a Baker’s cyst.
