Hi, I have a meniscus root tear. Been in PT for two months. I’m doing pretty well but currently deciding on whether or not to get surgery. Just had a second opinion and the surgeon said without surgery I will have arthritis in 5 years. Surgery is 70% success rate with a 4 month recovery time. Any tips appreciated. I don’t know how this app works yet.
