So I just got Arthroscopic surgery done on my knee. My 2nd knee surgery in the last 7 years since I had ACL surgery done on it and I'm on day 3 of recovery and been trying to walk like they said for me to but I honestly feel useless and helpless at the same time because I can't do much or help anyone with things around the house or outside the house and I struggle to do things for myself. Its really messing with me Mentally.
