I've become so frustrated when they took me off my Xanax, it was the only med I could get relief from. so I became angry and quit going to Drs. I felt there was no use in doing so. I quit taking two different types of hi blood meds, diabetic insulin, and a host of other psych meds I feel better except for the attacks of fear that last for 2 to 4 days. I just want a normal life like the one I use to have... I'm to old for this way of life.
