Struggling with Medication Routine

I rely on my Alexia. I have set up notifications for every pill I have to take.

I set alarms on my phone to help with my meds and set everything up on a weekly pill divider

I leave my meds in a place where I'll see them, and make sure there's always water there so I don't get distracted while going to get water to take them. I always forget to do my injections each week, I mean to do it on Monday but I always end up taking it on Tuesday or Wednesday. I figure as long as I get it it's okay to do it late
