I have been on Escitalopram for years, and put on a ton of weight.. Unfortunately it's not working anymore, so my doctor has changed me to Prozac. Do others find weight gain with Prozac like Escitalopram? Also does anyone find one better than the other for depression/anxiety? Thanks
