hi how do people cope with depression, one minute I'm happy having a laugh with people the next I'm angry, emotional, quiet, just really down & low don't want talk to anyone, it's frustrating cus i don't know what to do or say anymore, I've tried different meds etc, it's not as though anything changes for me to be like that, think it just goes on the mood I'm in that day it's hard to get out of it once I'm like that nothing anyone does or says makes me smile it's miserable, just feel like punching someone, everyone & everything just annoys me hate the world, it's not normal blaming others not their fault, just need some answers as where to go from here how to be calm & positive not negative all the time cant keep doing this so irritating fed up of overthinking things, does anybody else feel the same please help.

For me music keeps me calm I'm a singer and gamer and it keeps me maintained sometimes it does spill over through extreme things like death of my uncle
