Low intensity exercise helps me a lot…like weights, calm walk. Yoga is soooo soothing for me too. CBD oil is a game changer. I have a hard time sleeping bc of my PCOS so I take melatonin & magnesium. Lots of water, cutting back on caffeine. And being gentle with myself when things are rough 💕
