Talk to a nutritionist, they don't put you on a diet, I'll go ahead and say that. I thought it would be bs to go to one, but I literally only slightly tweaked my lifestyle per my nutritionist's suggestions and it changed my life. I was on a whole pharmacy's worth of medication and within a few months, I was able to come off of a ton of it. I also started excersising (but that's recommended for everyone) and that helped significantly in regulating my sleep schedule and getting out all my pent up energy
