I lift weights every morning
Meditation. Sounds kinda hippy but bear with me on this. You don't have to do the whole crossed legs and humming stuff. A good way to start is to find a comfortable spot to sit and close your eyes for 5 minutes. Take deep, long breaths, and try to work through 1 problem or thought at a time. Be reasonable. Think about what a possible solution can be and work it out slowly. In time, you'll develop this skill more efficiently and even apply it in the moment of something anxiety inducing
