Hi I have been diagnosed with benign neoplasm of the liver since 2022 but know I started feeling discomfort in that area on and off I know the dr. Told me about a surgery but I am not ready yet. So that’s why I was wondering if any of you got it under control with changing your diet and supplements or medication you took for the mass to shrink. To be honest I am terrified. Thank you
