Dealing with Back Pain: My Experience with Heating Pads

i have backpain, and most of the time the only thing that helps is laying on a heating pad. and the heating pad has burned my back.

Hi, I know that, it happened to me too. What I did was put something between the heating pad and me. Something like a towel or anything that will insulate a bit can work. Try it, it will reduce the direct heat and reduce the burns.
