i just looked it up and it's optimal vs normal ranges

i've also seen that some labs use different ranges so what might be "normal" in one place isn't at another. (i think it's something about them using the averages of everyone who gets their thyroid levels tested but that's unreliable because most people that get their thyroid levels tested don't have healthy levels)
