One idea is to research a naturopath or more holistic dietitian in your area. This doesn’t work for everyone though and didn’t really work for me, but I have had many friends have success with one. This person might be able to help you make decisions and streamline everything so it’s not so overwhelming. Another idea if this approach doesn’t work for you is to start with any sensitivities you have, foods you like/dislike, using a calorie calculator to figure out how much you need to eat, then taking a look at what each diet is recommending you do. Map everything out like a chart, list or tracker to help you. Feel free to message me - I have gone through something similar.

My naturopath was super helpful in helping me unpack things. Because I have very specific things I have to avoid to decrease inflammation, and they don't necessarily align with the regular diets out there. A naturopath can work with you on your body and your needs.
