@Kai8946 What probiotic are you able to take? I’m assuming you also deal with histamine issues?

I’m on Cromolyn, Montilukast/ Singulair, Allegra, Xyzal, Famotadine, Unisom, and a Probiotic.
I’m still struggling but as AraS said 1) eliminating trigger foods and adding electrolyte drinks 2) resting as needed 3) trying to reduce stress by not overburdening myself and delegating to others 4) physical therapy with a posture alignment specialist.
1. Figuring out my trigger foods and avoiding or limiting them. 2. Cromolyn!!!! And quercetin. 3. Acceptance and adaptation. 4. An immunologist who believes in MCAS (most doctors think it’s a fake diagnosis.) and a PCP that was open-minded and willing to read the academic research papers I dug up - and want to help me.
