Seeing a therapist can really change that way you respond to things, and can give you instructions in how to cope. Are you seeing one?

Hey carli, difficulties in a relationship are a common problem in BPD, I also deal with it. Intensive therapy, especially DBT, can help with it. I feel a real improvement in my symptoms due to this therapy.
