Good diet, sleep at least 7 hours, mini brakes, etc, but rest seems to be the going theme. Also let me name phone or computer use helps. Boredom or idle time is important for the brain as well as it sparks creativity which helps with scatterbrain later on meditation or simply reading a book may help. There's also this thing called "dopamine fasting" which just means to avoid quick sources of dopamine for a few hours or so like video games TV or movies but instead reading listen to music as well as going for walks (this is hard to do if you have ADHD).
