My rheumatologist is actually based out of the infectious disease area of our hospital. So it makes sense to me. I think because it affects the whole body

Recently my doctor had my blood tested for lupus and it came back positive for antinuclear antibodies so she referred me to a rheumatologist and I've been waiting since. It's frustrating not knowing for sure if I truly have it or if it is a precaution
