      I think you should find the best balance for yourself. As with everything, reactions to foods with lupus as a diagnosis is different for each individual. For instance, garlic is a known no-no for many of us, yet I have found that it has actually helped me with keeping the regular colds and such at a minimum. I'll get the occasional cold or upper respiratory but not nearly as much as when I wasn't using garlic in my foods made for shared dinners.

      I follow the FODMAP + GERD diet. I can do moderate fructose and lactose. Other than that, I can't do any of the other foods. I also have to eat extremely low fat (90% or more lean meat).

      Well I wish there was an exact diet that we could go by but more more anti inflammatory foods in your diet the better.
