Any ideas what I can and can't eat to avoid flare ups?

      if you haven’t done the SFED to work out your triggers as in most cases it’s one of/combination of Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Fish, Eggs or Nuts. If this doesn’t work, it could be specific things like potatoes. It’s important to remember that food may not be the cause of your EoE. For me, it was a medication immunotherapy I was taking which caused my EoE to develop.
