Lost in My Own Skin: Struggling with Identity

I've had SEVERE anxiety disorders all my life. So I've never been relaxed enough to be myself.

I’m just learning myself tbh. Sometimes it’s hard, but just don’t be afraid to express yourself, no matter how “weird” people think u are! Those that MATTER will accept you. As for myself, i stim a lot and talk funny and do the ND dino-arms thing when I’m walking 😂 but idc anymore!

I have autism and bipolar depression and ocd scrupulosity and I’m single and I get really jealous of other couples bc I’m not a couple with a lady.
