I completely understand. I'm incredibly smart but maybe too much to find happiness.

I struggle with that every day. So I know that struggle. I think for me at least I have to strive to feel like I accept myself because if I do that than maybe others will see ans accept me too. Self acceptance is a struggle but for me it is worth it.

It might be the anxiety talking, or possibly I’m thinking you might have something else undiagnosed. Either way, talk to your psychiatrist. Or if you just need a friend feel free to message me
