I suffer from loneliness and really lack a sense of belonging. I don’t feel like I have an identity. it’s so hard to feel like i’m in my body. i feel really absent. help?

      Look up some grounding techniques!! This sounds like dissociation and possibly some imposter syndrome. Journaling out how you feel might also help you get more connected with your thoughts and put you back in reality. Also, I’m sure you know this, but therapy/counseling will help a lot with this!!
