Feeling Alone and Abandoned

I forgot to mention that I have had so many consecutive months in a row where I begged my journal or self to feel "normal" again and even now because of medication I don't totally feel normal but I don't feel as numb or bad at all.. I feel more in line with what I should feel like because I started talking to my doctor about my feelings and she helped me find the right medication.. after trial and error I feel like I'm on the right track.

I’m sorry you feel like that, maybe you can fix your relationship with your sister. You could always meet new friends through church or dance.

You are valued 💕💕💕 I'm sorry things suck and you're lonely. Have you spoken to someone? Sometimes it helps to get a professional involved and see if medication can do anything. Helped me a lot. I've been on duloxetine to combat pain and depression/anxiety and it's been helping for about a year+.
