Introducing Myself: Living with Bipolar II, Anxiety, and ADHD

I’m Mollie :) 26, will be 27 in July. I have bipolar ii,anxiety,and ADHD. I’m a Certified Medical Assistant,working in Orthopedics for almost 8 years. I have 2 black kitties 🐈‍⬛ that are litter mates named Binx & Emily,and have been with my partner Kate for almost 5 years,we both have bipolar ii disorder & anxiety & ADHD. I love soccer,horseback riding,hiking,and just recently joined a Rock Choir🤩Keeping busy is how I try to stay away from slipping back into depression,but it’s not easy as I’m sure you know ❤️and anxiety sometimes makes doing things hard, and sometimes impossible. I got diagnosed with bipolar ii/cyclothymia at age 22. I’ve been really stable for about 3.5 years, still have awful anxiety flare ups here and there and seasonal depression hit me very hard this year. I still have ups and downs but it’s refreshing to feel stable for the longest time in my life I can think of since I was a child. Anyway, i’m just here to just talk to people with similar issues, and to help in any way I can😊
