I don’t know what topic this goes under, but I’ve been having a unique experience lately. Lately, I’ve been trying to distract myself from the stress I’m having in the real world right now by living in an imaginary world in my head. Here’s the weird thing. I’m actually much happier in this imaginary world than I am in the real world. I imagine myself as a very beautiful teenage girl with long blonde hair in a high school wearing a cute pink dress with a flower in my hair. I’m 21 and I am imagining this. For some reason, I feel happier, calmer, more serene, and less anxious when I imagine myself as this. Do you guys think it’s weird? I think it’s a sign that’s trying to tell me something about my future. I don’t exactly know what, but I do have an idea.

Not so much weird. I think that the mind is very powerful and imagining or manifesting scenarios that are better than your current situation is a power only few dream of having. As long as your alternate realities coexist without cause another to cease. The mind may be trying to go back to childhood happiness as a coping mechanism for your current life situation. Now, the true power lies in being able to Channel a more applicable scenario. For example instead of gravitating towards a childlike behavior or imagination you would be able to imagine where you’re an adult. In this waking dream you have passive income. You’re traveling and seeing the world or relaxing at the beach. It can be very powerful to imagine yourself as successful and carefree. The more you do this the more likely the law of attraction will actually manifest this as reality. Just remember to take care of the side of your self that is stressed. Don’t completely ignore it. Check in and find ways to reduce that stress. I hope that things get better! I’m very much in a stressful situation my self. We’ll get there!!

@KratomEater thank you. And don’t worry, I’m not letting it take over reality. I have full control over that. I’m just using my imaginary world as a way to escape for a period of time. Hope things get better for you too. We’ll work through this together! If you need anything, I’m only a DM away. We got this! <3
