Trying to stay calm but he hasn’t really been working, I was diagnosed with a lesion on my liver and now I got to do a biopsy next week! My anxiety is on super over load! Prayers please🙏🏽

      My husband had a health scare last year and those times of waiting for test results were brutal. SO brutal. I feel you. We had a deal that we could only talk about what we knew to be true at that time. No “what ifs” or speculating about all possible outcomes. We tried to just stay grounded in what we knew at that time. It’s not easy but it helped. Luckily, he is healthy now and everything worked out in the best possible way!

        @Jojo1084 I’m trying not to think about it and am going to wait On the results, I like ur method on only speaking facts, I really need to stop Google searching read what it could be gives me extreme anxiety. Praying for Benign results 🙏 I have a young son who needs his mother.

          @Lex50 Internet searching can be helpful on occasion but I know that for people like me, it can be a terrible hole that I sink into. And of course, the internet is always going to give you the worst possible scenarios with no doctor’s context. Just because it’s out there on the internet does NOT mean it applies to your particular case. Just focus on what you know right now. And if it’s a “what if”, tell yourself that entertaining those thoughts are a waste of time, as they haven’t happened yet!
