Struggling with Laundry and Feeling Worthless

so usually my papa washes my clothes because I physically can't, but recently he has been trying to make a point by saying I need to do them myself and whatnot including my moms when she can't do hers either. We have to wear the same outfits to the doctors multiple times until we completely run out of clothes now and I made a bargain with papa last night that I regret making. I said you wash me one load and I dry them. so I didn't get any sleep last night and I had to do it at 9 so I got up and immediately did it. I started getting dizzy getting lightheaded, probably my high blood pressure. I start losing my breath which makes it 10x worse and I start hurting so bad. I know it takes 5 minutes, but it was nearly impossible for me to do without passing out. I just feel so worthless because I can't even do half of a load of laundry, I can't help with dishes, I can barely even get out of bed most days. I'm just so tired of getting blamed for not helping when if I could I would.
