Big time! Besides the lack of energy it has always been difficult to bend and exert myself.

I have days where I can clean and days where I look at it and just cry. I overdo it on good days because I never know when I will have another good day. Then I end up crippled for weeks.

I have good days and bad days- but a lot of tasks that include bending or twisting hurt very much.

I do it’s horrible! But what I’ve been is pacing myself.. so for example today I am going to clean my bathroom .. but I’m just putting things away and then I’ll rest and go back and deep clean the sink and spray the shower and toilet down.. then I’ll have my husband scrub the shower and toilet.. and then later on today I’ll clean the mirror and sweep but I’ll have him mop.. hope I’m making sense on the breakdown lol

Omg yes. I love with the inlaws and I'm forever grateful for that because they do the brunt of the house work. There are some days I can't even do dishes/laundry

Yes!!! My mind knows what I need to do but my body just doesn't seem to want to cooperate! I will clean for a little while but then I have to take a break or even a nap. My family thinks I'm just lazy. Sometimes I wonder, myself, if I'm just being lazy. But the pain and fatigue tell me otherwise. I'm not working so my family expects the house clean and dinner made. I sit here in pain but don't have the energy to get up and do what needs to be done.

Definitely! I might have a list of things I need to do but have to space things out over a couple days and the amount of breaks I have to take is ridiculous!

Yes!!! I still live with my parents and my cousins. My cousins help out around the house doing most of the work. I feel bad, but most days it’s hard to even do basic tasks. Thankfully they understand.

Yes! I feel like I have a ton of bricks on my shoulders! So hard to think or move a lot. I feel like I'm trapped in a prison!

I pick one or two chores to focus on that day. I pace myself and rest when I'm able. I keep the house clean by doing the simple things everyday so that it isn't as difficult or taxing. I know my limitations.

I also clean a little & then rest etc but my husband won't help clean anything. He's too busy playing video games with his brother or going to hang out with & spend the night with his friends. He says that cleaning is too overwhelming for him so he just doesn't do it at all & he expects me to clean up after him.
