I write everything! My schedule, to do lists, shopping lists, things I need to find time for in the future etc.

I set alarms for what in suppose to do ex. 630 am is waking up, 640 is eating, 730 am in brushing teeth, 735 am is doing work, 1010 is joining class etc.

I try to link activities that I already do. So like if I brush my teeth in the morning, then I can link something to that and eventually it becomes a habit (if I stick to it!) I also try to make things as easy and accessible as possible for me. I have ADHD and that means I tend to make things a much bigger deal than they are in my mind, so if I figure out shortcuts to do a task, I'm much more likely to do it and start to incorporate it into a routine. (I tend to also fall off the wagon often, but I just try to be kind to myself and just try again the next day instead of beating myself up about it)

Every weekend I put anchor activities in my calendar, like when I work, scheduled meetings or working out. Then I know what I have to do in the same week and usually every week's schedule is pretty much the same

@elisa feeling the same. @joann that's a good tip - have the item ready for the task @perpetuallytired I end up ignoring them

Weirdly enough? Post-it notes /everywhere/ helped me.

Honestly, haven't had much luck either. An answer to this question would really be appreciated.

For my workout routine I had to either pack gym clothes and have them in my car so I didn’t have to stop at home before work or go so far as to wear them under my work clothes! But once I got into that routine it was like second nature. Took a few months tho
