welp I just got fired. I'm so mad about it even though I was gonna quit anyway. It wasn't even my fault. Yet they got to waste my gas and time coming over there. what are some activities I can do to keep myself calm? really just wanna throw things right now.

im sorry you lost your job. i have problems with anger, and when i am very upset and afraid i will act intrusively, i put a blanket or couch pillows on the floor and throw stress balls at the wall. they are soft enough to be quiet and not break anything, but dense enough to throw it hard (if that makes sense). it helps me a lot, and i recommend it if you think it may help.

Throw eggs at a tree and wash it with the hose later. Maybe do this with a friend. Maybe do water balloons since it's so dang hot for the summer. Try meditation. There's all different types that may be worth looking up. Talk with a trusted friend or family member. I'm open to talking as well if interested. I'm still thinking of ideas, but I feel your anger and frustration.
You could move all the breakable stuff in your room and throw pillows at the wall. Walking or running could help, or writing about it. There are also things calked rage rooms where you pay to go break stuff in a safe, controlled environment. You could look into if theres one near you!
@Squishh I've also done this thing we're I find an open wall space and throw ice(preferably cubed) at the wall

@poodlelover28 i feel that lol. You could try going to an empty parking lot or something and breaking glass bottles or buy some cheap dishes from the dollar store or a thrit store and using those? Im planning to do that soon cause my jobs doing a similar thing to me
