      Exercise and a practice to expend energy are good ways, like a sport. Art is also a good way like music or painting etc, but anger can sometimes make all that unappealing. However as a practice it can help manage it overall. If you release it through violence, maybe get a punching bag. Also and very importantly, meditating. 5 min before bed or waking up, for example. Always reflect on how you react once cooled off
