Has anyone out there been able to improve their sleep through the use of games? I know lots of people are playing Pokemon Sleep now, I downloaded it too but my biggest problem has been getting myself to go to sleep at the bedtime I set for myself in the game. And I tried an app called Loona that has coloring games geared to help you wind down before bed, it helped me out when I tried it, but I felt discouraged by the fact you have to pay for the full version of it. If you have positive experiences with any sleep games, I'd love to hear about it. Or even just any kind of calm game you find helpful for clearing your thoughts before bed. Thanks!

I have a variety but a lot of what I watch is maternal or boyfriend stuff. Karuna Satori is an amazing creator! I also watch Whispering Willow ASMR, Dennis ASMR, Jojo ASMR, Gibi ASMR, Makayla ASMR, Keara's ASMR, Goodnight Moon, and Amy Kay ASMR! I highly recommend all them! They're all fantastic creators!

When winding down for the night, I usually opt for color-by-number games like TapColor Pro (I don't pay for it) or Happy Color, or casual games like Family Island / Township.

I can't recommend this enough but ASMR! I have ASMR going on my phone every freaking night! Almost every night (because there are exceptions with insomnia) I've fallen asleep! Also I use medication. I take two different forms of sleeping pills to help aid myself because they're over the counter. And because I have insomnia there are exceptions where I get no sleep or little sleep at all. But you have to find what works best for you!

@SueLaBear Thank you for your response! ASMR has been helpful for me before, it can be really useful when my mind feels too loud and overactive. Do you have any ASMR channels to recommend? I would love to hear your suggestions. And yeah, I get what you mean about how there can still be exceptions, that's why insomnia is so frustrating, but we just have to keep on trying even when it's tough. I wish you luck with your sleep too!
