Also I downloaded a blue light app to my phone and have my phone go black and white by 11 pm so I can know it's time to get off my phone

Look up "sleep hygiene". These are behaviors that help prepare your brain for sleeping such as no screens 1 hour before bed and keep bedroom for sleep and intimacy only.

I am subscribed to sleep cove podcast and ever since I hear the podcast I call asleep immediately. I also take melatonin before bed and use aroma therapy before bed and do some stretches

Try listening to crickets singing at night and owls hooting on a YouTube video it helps to calm you. Just search for owls and crickets singing at night
