Know who you are in what way? As in which alter you're currently fronting as when feeling blurry? In our system if we're every feeling particularly blurry we take a role call of our system of sorts, just to see if there's any distinct reaction to a name or several names in the system. Another thing you can do is try to picture a place you know well in your head and try to visualize who all is there with you in that space. I've seen some systems call this an inner world or headspace. It can be a helpful tool for visualizing and deciphering your thoughts and knowing who is fronting or how close another alter is to fronting. Feel free reply back or DM as well if that didn't answer your question
i suggest asking yourself some basic questions. what's your name? if you don't know, that's okay. (keeping a list of known alters would help, so if you're a known alter you can identify yourself easier.) if you think youre new, you can go look for a name what are your pronouns? if you don't know that's okay! sometimes just getting a sense of your gender can differentiate you from others what's your favorite color? favorite food? type of music, style, aesthetic? again, if you don't know, that is okay <3
