High Anxiety: Dealing with Stressful Times

Absolutely. Used to be a regular gym goer attending classes all the time and since my anxiety got bad about 8 weeks ago now I'm on medication, going to therapy 3 times a week and the thought of walking into a class scares me at the thought of thinking I'm going to have a panic attack so I'm starting small and going to the gym doing light workouts 3 times a week at times when it isn't that busy working back up to it or going for walks instead
