@Brianni92 thank you so much I needed to hear that and its been hard because I moved from England to America and I have no friends or family up here except for my partner so dealing with this has been rough and I just wish I could have like a group even if it's online to chat to and play games with you know just tough

I used to literally do the same things as you. I got to a point where I told myself, what is looking up things possibly wrong with going to do? Make things worse and heighten your anxiety. So for my sanity, I literally had to force myself not to look up anything and continue to distract myself. I know it's hard but you need to give yourself more credit. I don't personally know you, but I know you're very strong for having to deal with all this stuff that you don't want to. But once you accept that it's apart of you and doesn't define you and that you are in control, not anxiety, that's the first step to ridding yourself of all the terrible feelings anxiety gives you. You got this!

Maybe it comes off that way more so with the fact that you have to deal with the anxiety and he has to see you go through something that he can't physically relieve you from. I think you just need his reassurance that his issues are with your anxiety and not with you.

@Brianni92 yeah maybe you are right just want to get back to being me is this going to be my new normal now ?

@nonamki I understand completely. It doesn't have to be your new normal. Some days it's hard for me and some days it's not so hard. I don't know what you like to do in your spare time but with me, my fiancé finally was able to get my laptop fixed after years and I started playing my favorite game again The Sims. My anxiety level had dropped significantly to the point that I barely noticed it for weeks! I also have an essential oil diffuser that relaxed me so much at night that sleep was so easy. So maybe you also need to do something you really enjoy to take your mind off some of your troubles.

You shouldn't think like that. Honestly if your partner loves you for you, although it may be hard on you both sometimes, they'll understand and be there for you. I 100% know how you feel. Sometimes I feel like my anxiety is a bit much for my partner to handle and when I express my concerns to him, he lets me know that he's there for me no matter what and everything will be okay. Love knows no bounds, so if your partner is the one for you, they'll understand and be with you every step of the way. I hope this helps 😊
