I think it’s very important to communicate with your partner about anxiety. My partner does not experience anxiety at all so if was very confusing for him to understand why I was freaking out over things that didn’t seem to bother him. I explained to him how it works for me, and although he doesn’t feel that way he now understands why I react the way I do and how to help me. This way no one’s feelings are hurt or getting misrepresented. Hope this helps you! :)

Honestly, I'm still working on it. I find that with me, when I'm alone that's when my anxiety rears its ugly head and kind of spirals out of control sometimes and causes me to panic. But as soon as my fiance comes into the room with me and I lay on his chest, all my anxiety and worries kind of dissipate and I feel nothing but calm and love. Cute I know, but also not really because it seems he's the only thing that can calm me down and when he's not around I have to deal with my anxiety alone. It's like I've been dependent on needing to be with him to avoid anxiety and I feel bad because I feel like I'm burdening him with my issues and the need for him to be around me all the time. Although for him, he's so supportive and doesn't mind being there for me in any shape or form as long as I feel better. But my anxiety always makes me feel otherwise. All this being said, I'm still trying to figure it out myself but it definitely helps having a partner that is supportive in helping and making you feel better 😊. Sorry this was so long, I'm such an over explainer 😅

@Brianni92 this is great! I'm horrible at putting my thoughts into words so this helps me try and muddle through my thoughts better now
