Looking for Eczema Lotion Recommendations

I have eczema. It's been better in recent years, but all the extra hand washing from Covid has exacerbated it. I use Cerave lotion. It's pricey, but it seems to help. When it's REALLY bad, I put Vaseline on my hands, put socks over that, and wear it overnight. The Vaseline trick works great on feet too.
