@meter23 I also take wellbutrin XL. The combination with the Naltrexone causes appetite suppression. I've now lost 69 lbs. It works for me. Might work for you too.

I completely cut out all sorts of sugary drinks like soda and sweet tea and I drink either water or some fruit juices and I did that because it was messing with my anxiety and so I've been drinking water a good 95% of the time and I really am trying to do better with my weight loss myself and I saw a good difference when I took all the sodas and sugary drinks out of my diet I used to weigh 340 some pounds and now I'm down to 216 and this is over a span of a few years because I did have slip ups in my diet but now I'm on the straight and narrow with water or some juice occasionally, healthier alternatives like fruits instead of sweets like chocolate or candy (which for the most part is difficult for me to do but I am gradually weaning myself from sweets) and exercise, I do walking because it's not very strenuous and I usually take my dog stroller and take my dog out with me (he has paw pad issues so he gets to be pushed around in a little stroller and that's our "walkies" time) but it takes commitment to loosing weight and I know that sounds somewhat harsh but you have to train your body to the changes to adapt to loosing the weight if that makes sense. I started taking an combination of wellbutrin and naltrexone which works as an appetite suppressant almost 2 yrs ago. It's been slow, but I've lost 60lbs and it's still coming off. It's helped me manage my cravings and portion control. I've also recently started intermittent fasting, which I believe is helping me begin to lose weight at a faster rate. Just a couple of ideas.
@klazikel what kind of Wellbutrin? I take Wellbutrin XL and it's so hard to lose weight
The best thing is to start slowly cutting calories, just a bit at a time since taking too much away is bad as well. After like 2 weeks cut more calories. Do this until you're at your desired weight and then slowly increase calories to find out how much you actually need
Cutting out added sugars or foods with high amounts of sugar in them
I'm cutting out carbs and refined sugar
Lots of water, honey instead of sugar as a sweetener, and walking if it’s possible. That’s how I lost weight because I can’t really do high intensity exercise
And drink water instead of juice and drink because it has a lot of sugar in it and one day out of the month you can drink a drink
@Mirko "drink a drink" what kind of drink do you mean? An alcoholic beverage? A soda? Write what you mean

And eat more things with protein and fiber so you will stay full longer
