I'm going to do intermittent fasting again this summer. Last summer I did that combined with cutting carbs and exercising. I lost like 30 pounds. Then I got pregnant in September and gained that plus more back! I'm up to like 280 I think. I had my baby 3 weeks ago and I'm ready to get this weight off!!! I really feel like crap about myself

I'm 300 lbs and I feel the same way. I hate the way I look and my self esteem is so low. I'm going to have to try that. Thank you for your input.

I got on a great med combo of wellbutrin and naltrexone. It's an excellent appetite suppressant with no stimulant that I've lost over 40 lbs on. I was at 296 lbs, now I'm at the weight on my driver's license! It really helps me control my portions and cuts out cravings. Doesn't work for everyone but might be something to check out.

It's hard for me to discipline my eating habits, when I'm in a situation that keeps it in my face daily..I'm 265.7lbs and I'm miserable, no motivation, or energy ...

If you go to my profile and look at my replies to others asking this same question I have replied to several others about sustainable and realistic weight loss. I would type it all out again but I'm currently on break at work and won't have the time I need to be thorough.

naltrexone for weight loss? Isnt that an opiate blocker? I was on the vivitrol shot and I think that's what that was..

naltrexone and wellbutrin work together as an appetite suppressant. There's a new med out there, I can't remember the name, that's basically wellbutrin and naltrexone in one pill but is very expensive. My last med provider told me about it and explained that since I was already on wellbutrin, she could just prescribe me naltrexone with it and I would get the same benifits as the new drug without the cost. It's worked great!😁
