other ppl suck, there's ppl who will never respect you no matter what, so you might as well stop caring now. my dysphoria was maybe a 7 in high school but since I've met more trans ppl I rarely feel strongly dysphoric, because my body being a man's body is totally normal to me now.

I think what ultimately matters is if you like how you look, not what others say about you. I’ve been made fun of all my life because of how I look. It used to bother me a lot until I learned to appreciate myself, with all my flaws. Many of the people you will meet in life will be superficial and judgmental of the way that you look. At the end of the day, what they think of you matters less than what you think of yourself. It is also important to recognize the virtues, talents and skills you have that they probably do not. Some people may think they are “better” than you in some respects, but we are all largely equal at the end of the day. There is inner peace found in learning to see your own beauty, love yourself despite what others may say to you.

People's opinions will always be an issues. It molded me and my self-esteem issues. What I find helpful here is getting on certain sites or surrounding yourself with people that know you're a boy and only see you as a boy. I see you as a boy. 😊
