Hi, I’m new too and dealing with the same thing. My advice for dysphoria would be baggy clothing 100%, or just gender affirming clothing. I’m Genderfluid between male and nonbinary/gender Non confirming (He/They/It), and I love to wear collared shirts with a black vest and black dress pants, it helps me a lot. With acceptance, I’ve learned that if you have friends that accept you, and use your pronouns and address you as you are, your parents opinions tend not to matter as much. Sure it really triggers dysphoria at home when parents constantly deadname you, or use your dead-pronouns but in the end, when you have others supporting you, it helps you come to terms with who you are, and that’s what you really need. It sounds cliché, but it really does work in the long run. I hope this helps a bit 👋

I have found dressing in certain clothes does make me feel better. I do have a small amount of family that is accepting of me ,mostly my cousin since she is also trans , so I do understand what you mean with just some people helping you because it does make it easier to accept myself for me even if the rest of my family doesn't agree. Thanks for the advice😄
