Dealing with Gender Dysphoria in a Transphobic Household

So I just started experiencing gender dysphoria about 2-3 months ago and I am being raised in a very transphobic house and I'm not really sure what I can do to relieve my dysphoria.

Thank you for your suggestions I don't currently own any sports bras because im not a very active person but I should try to convince my mom to buy me some. A binder is unfortunately not a possibility for me because my mom is always snooping in my room but luckily I'm gonna be leaving for college in a year so I'll be free.

If sports bras are your thing you can wear like 2 at a time opp, directions to get the better visual of a flat chest but it won’t be perfect. You could get a binder but if there’s anyway your family could find it it would be risky. You could always dress more masculine if you don’t or some things like that that are subtle that make you feel good but your safety/happiness are the first priority’s.
