Just had first anxiety attack in 11 months. You’d think after that much time it would t be a big deal but I’m really frustrated about it. They suck just as bad even when you’ve been free of them for a while. Plus now I’m fighting the fear that it’s gonna come back …the day to day anxiety. And the last thing I want to do is change medication or add more.
