Anxiety creeping back in after 3+ months of relief

Any encouragement is welcome. Been anxiety free for 3+ months after increasing my Prozac and it’s been wonderful, but last few weeks it’s been creeping in. Now last two days has getting worse. So worried it will come back full force.

Sometimes the biggest trigger for anxiety is simply expecting it to show up. I have been relatively anxiety free for a few months also and when things that would normally trigger me pop up i get extra worried and i get faux anxiety idk what else to call it lol.

Congrats on being anxiety free. I know it's tough when the panic comes back. I've started to look at panic coming back as just a wave coming in. Sometimes the wave is little and it just tickles your feet and other times it's huge and it sweeps you away. Either way, eventually the water goes back into the sea and you are able to dry off. Just get though the wave. It'll pass soon enough. You've got this

That is true what you say it’s like a wave you’re right sometimes it comes quick and hard. Sometimes it comes small I deal with anxiety every day but I make it through. Sometimes it’s rougher than others specially, when I’m at work that’s the worst place to be but I get through it. I have a pill that I take to makes me relax if I feel it coming on and I also take anxiety meds, so not too bad I have an anxiety doctor he’s pretty good actually
