Dealing with Back-to-Back Anxiety Attacks

it's been about a month or two since my last horrible anxiety attack/back to back anxiety attacks. Now they're back, I've had 3 in the past two days and fucking hell it's exhausting. I've come to terms with death. Why am I still like this?

I have anxiety attacks every single day, some small and some big. It really does suck and it's exhausting. Are you on any anxiety medications?

I'm on two different ones. My dose has recently been super from 50mlg a day to 100mlg a day
