My best friend recently started having seizures. As of two days ago, actually, and they've been getting worse. It went from staring into nothing and not responding to full on seizing and jerking and unable to respond or comprehend anything. we went to the ER when it started, because she was having chest pain, and the nurses watched her start seizing, numerous times, and still dismissed it as just anxiety. (we were at Queen of the Valley hospital btw, that place is cold and dismissive to every concern you may ever have) She's been diagnosed with anxiety for a while, and it's never done this. What can I do to help, or to get her the help she needs?

It's important to consult with a medical professional for proper diagnosis and treatment. You can help your friend by encouraging her to see a doctor or specialist, providing emotional support, and learning about seizure first aid to assist her during an episode. Additionally, consider seeking a second opinion from another healthcare provider if the initial diagnosis seems dismissive or inadequate.
